Unique self rotating chamber

Unique Self Rotating Chamber Patented self roatating chamber. The chamber rotates automatically WITHOUT electricity power. The rotation speed is adjusted automatically according to the speed of the fabric. This unique design provides a smooth and a regular fabric cycle. It greatly reduces the energy required (saves the power over 30%). Has lowest liquor ratio with 1:4, running at high fabric speed (max. speed at 600M/min). Suitable for all kinds of knitted or woven fabrics and different kinds of fibers e.g. Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic, 100% high quality cotton, Rayon and Wool with Lycra, T/C, T/R...etc.

 

Lowest Tension, Full Flow Pipe Saturate Device

Overflow nozzle with very low pressure (min. 0.2 bar), reduce the fabric tension, pilling & yarn sliding. Full flow guiding pipe increase fabric saturation time for more even color shade and crease free for high quality dyeing. Adjustable nozzle for variety of fabric, weight between 50 ~ 500 g/m2

 

Patent inner plate design, versatile plaiting device

Use overflow Nozzle with Lowest pressure (Min. 0.2 bar), will reduce fabric tension, pilling & yarn sliding, combined with full flow pipe increase fabric saturate time for more even coloring and crease free for high quality dyeing. Multi gap changeable nozzle suitable for various type of light and heavy fabrics.

 

Foaming Collector & Fast Rinsing System

The foaming natuarally collects to a foaming collector which seperates from fabric. This could prevent fabric from float to tangling and foaming dirty problems. With level rinsing, overflow rinsing with timer or Intelligent rinsing (option), reduce total cycle time (min. about 5 hrs for dark color), reduce the energy and lower the cost.

 

Easy Operation & Fully Auto or Manual Control

Machine equipped with micor procressor has fully automatic control system, it provide auto dosing control (supply continuous dosing quality),with fast filling draining and Hot water tank (option) to reduce total cycle time. Enhance production yield.
